The City of Henderson registers but does not license dogs.
All dogs must have valid vaccination papers at all times. One registration application per dog. Residents may keep up to three dogs at their residence. Special temporary circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by the Chief of Police.
Owners of registered dogs must be in compliance with existing City of Henderson Ordinances at all times.
Remember to keep your dog leashed in public or in non-fenced residences at all times.
Cost: $5.00 per permit; cash or check. Provide vaccination papers with application.
