Every Tuesday evening, the Classic Car Roll In runs from June through September along Main Street, with music, food and classic cars. Visit Henderson at the end of June and festivities abound during Sauerkraut Days. This event brings the community and visitors together for a weekend filled with fun for all ages, including a car show, live music, tournaments, parade, excellent fair food, and unique competitions like the World Champion Kraut Eating Contest. The Henderson Hummingbird Hurrah in August features a plethora of activities that range from hummingbird banding and educational talks to craft and food vendors, all designed to celebrate the beauty of nature and community spirit.
