Apply for a Peddler & Solicitor Permit

All peddlers and solicitors must apply for a permit to operate within the city of Henderson. 

Peddlers and solicitors must have visual identification of their business with them, a copy of their permit issued by the Henderson Police Department at all times, and exhibit exemplary courtesy and respect towards our community and its residents and business owners at all times.
