City Assessor: Sibley County Assessor with Open Book services in Henderson

City Attorney: Jason Moran

City Insurance: Coverage provided by Hometown Insurance (Agent: Sue Felmlee) and the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust

Franchise Fees: Collected from Metronet, Mediacom, Xcel Electric, MN Valley Electric (Maple Ridge service), and Northwest Natural Gas.  Internet/Five services are provided by various firms, though no franchises fees are assessed.

Lawn Mowing: Henderson Lawn Care
