All ATVs and Golf Carts in operation within City of Henderson limits must be road-worthy and insured, and require a permit for use. Current permits will be issued and valid through December 31, 2028.
One permit per ATV/Golf Cart; permits may not be transferred to another ATV/Golf Cart. Permits may be revoked based on equipment concerns and unsafe or improper operation.
ATVs and Golf Cart users must avoid Main Street/MN 19 whenever possible.
Operation of any and all motorized or electronic mobility devices on the levee is strictly forbidden.
Cost: $10.00 per permit; cash or check. Provide insurance information with application.
